In a World of My Own
by karin sjostrom, age 17
In a world of my own there would be no confusion
all the things that were wrong would be right.
There would be no lost or dying souls
the world would be seen in a different light.
In a world of my own all the people would sing
all the lost would be found and the dreamers would dream
It would be a place where the tormented would rise
and the lucky would see the world through their eyes.
So hear me now if you're one of those
who would like to come into my world,
the offer still stands as long as you live
come in, come in, and finally be heard.
