Rain brings grey skies and clouds
Rain brings thunder and lightning
Rain brings floods & twisters , killing people,
destroying homes and lives
Through all the bad...
Through all the death...
Through all the families crying grief...
Through all the destruction that rain can bring....
Rain brings the water for the flowers we smell...
Rain brings water for the trees that provide us
with oxygen and shade on hot days...
Rain brings the water for the crops we eat...
Rain brings the water for river & sea, for the sea -
life to swim in and for us to drink...
Rain brings peaceful rainbows after a storm...
Without rain the earth would be a dry desert...
Rain is a part of life, without rain there would be
no life...
