This mysterious picture appeared in the last edition of the ZuZu web site. The following stories (and more) were submitted electronically from places around the world.
A super bunny is named Tom. He asked his friends if they would believe him if he told them that he was going up to space. His friend Jenny said, "I do not". Believe it, "she said". He asked his friend Teddy. And Teddy said, "I do not belive it". So Tom went home because he had asked all his friends. When he got home he took a shower and ate a snack and put on his space suit and went to the space station and got on the space ship and went to the space ship window and waved goodbye to Earth.
Little Mouse and His Greedy EyesOnce upon a time, a little mouse called Little Mouse was walking down a path in the Great Big Meadow to get some juicy flower stems. So far he had 10 stems. He rounded a turn in the path, and before him sat the biggest, juicyest, and greenest stem he had ever seen, towered above him. A small sign sat below it. The sign read, "Do not pick! Good Fairys' home!" Little Mouse looked at the sign, and then at the stem. His mouse mouth watered. " Boy would that stem taste good!", he thought. So little mouse decided to pick that flower. All of a sudden, out of nowhere, a fairy jumped off of the flower. She said,"Little Mouse, since you can not obey a simple order, you now must float away on this flower, until it wilts!!!" And with that, she waved her magic wand, and said a few weird words, and Little Mouse started to float up, and up, and up.........
Rabbit and the Magical FlowerToday is going to be some fun! though I am scared. Thought Rabbit. I am going to visit Space with my magical flower friend. I will go to the park and pick her up so we can go. On my way, I will tell you about myself. I am a girl rabbit, I have brown fur that keeps me nice and warm when its freezing. I have green eyes and I am small. I like to go on adventures with the magical flower. All I have to do for the magical flower to take me somewhere, is hang on tight, and we will fly away. But this time it got out of hand while going through space. Craters flieng by and space shutles and burning peices of the sun. I went up, up, up into space. I was very scared something would happen to us. I cried as we drifted off. As we went up farther, we almost got hit by a space shuttle and some burning coles from the sun. Ouch! Well, that was todays adventure, I hope the next adventure isnt like this one. Buh bye now!

I should have been Bugs bunny or Rodger Rabbit.
All my life I wanted to travel the stars, go where no rabbit
has gone before, seek out and find new civilitions. Now where
have I heard this before.Hmmmmm?
Anyway all my brothers and sisters thought I was this weird kid
that was wacko.
"Morey,rabbits can't fly." My sister said through her teeth.
"Can too." I said glaring at her.
"Oh,Morey grow up." She said.
I promised myself I'd prove her wrong. So I went to go see
Myra this witch that lived next door. Well I really know if she
was a witch, but hey,if she can get Mikie my little brother
to go to bed she got to be something special!
I walked up to her door step and knocked I was so scared I
could've sworn I was jello, cause I was sure shaking like some.
" Hello, Myra are you there? I was wondering..."
" I know what you've come for boy. All I have to say is follow
the wind. Run with it and fly."
Of course I didn't know what she was talking about.
"Wha... mmmmmmm.. Isn't the wind alittle strong for summer."
I said to myself.
I could feel the wind push forward and up I needed to grab
something. A flower! There I saw it I grabbed it, but it
broke.I was going higher and higher. I was in space!!
I couldn't believe it. I mean WOW!! Trust me if you where here
with me you'd feel the same way.
I finally got my wish and learned a good lesson too. Never
try to find out a riddle during a wind storm, but now that I
was here, what do I do now?
Once upon a time, a French artist was blowing up a flower balloon when his pet rabbit grabbed the balloon and floated to space. Pier (the french artist) cried and cried. His cat Monica came in to cheer him up. He looked at the cat and cried more for you see, he did a painting of Monica and his bunny which he called Sean. Sean went past the moon and the stars, which watched him as he floated further and further away. He saw the wishing star and wished to be with Pier and Monica. Then,all of a sudden, he hit the wishing star. The balloon popped and Sean fell back to Earth. It seemed forever before he hit the ground. His fluffy little tail made him bounce. Pier was happy to see Sean. He hugged the little bunny and had a great idea. He did another painting of Sean and the balloon. He called the painting "A Bunny Float" ~finis~
The Rabbit Who Wished He Could Fly One day this little rabbit wished that he could fly high into the sky.
He talked to the king of all stars. And the king told him to go out side with some faith and find the biggest daisy he could see.
So the little rabbit thanked the king of stars and went off on his way. He looked so hard for thirty minutes and found nothing.
He stopped and fell flat on the cool soil ground. " I give up! " he moaned.
" You should never give up so soon", a whisper in the wind answered. That thought repeated over and over in the rabbit's mind. " O.K , will try one more time", the rabbit said to himself.
Ten minutes later the little rabbit found a big daisy with a smile on it. Excuse me Mr. Flower can I ask you a question? The flower opened up his eyes and spoke."Yes, sure you can." Well can you help me to fly ? " asked the little rabbit. " Please". Grab on to one of my leaves and hold on tight. Ready, set , go." " Thank you, this is very fun."
The Moral of this story is: Never give up.
Once there was an ordinary rabbit that lived with ordinary parents and he lived in an ordinary rabbit hole but even though this rabbit was ordinary he was not going to stay ordinary. Little did he know but he was going to be the first Rabbit to explore the universe this ordinary rabbit's name was Mark. Mark loved to play and explore. One day Mark went off to where a space ship was about to be launched and decide to explore the space ship, that is how he came to be launched into space! But it was not the end for Mark and his crazy adventures, Mark was just beginning!
Anonymous Poem
once there was a bunny,
who thought he was funny,
he tried and tried to out-grow mother-earth,
and one day he gave birth,
to one sunflower seed,
and as he fulfilled his need,
he dropped to his knees,
begging him please,
to take him in outer-space,
looking him in the face,
he blushed,
he flushed,
and rose upon his feet,
demanding that they go in a heart beat,
saying "Yipee,yipee!"
do you have to pee?
Once upon a time there was a little rabbit that got a spaceship for Christmas. The little rabbit was a rabbit that always wanted adventure. he wanted to go to the moon in his new spaceship but not alone. First he asked the robin if he wanted to go with him but the robin said,"I have to stay home to feed my babies, but thanks anyway." So the little rabbit asked the worm if he wanted to go to the moon but the worm said,"I am too old to go, but thanks anyway." Then the little rabbit asked the daisy if she wanted to go to the moon and she said,"Sure I'd love to go!" So the rabbit and daisy packed up the spaceship and went off to the moon. They reached the moon in about 4 days. The first day they got there they both wanted to look around the beautiful white moon. When they went to look at a crater these ugly green aliens stole the spaceship. When the little rabbit and the daisy got tired they found that the spaceship was gone!!! The little rabbit said,"What should we do?!" then the daisy said,"I know, "hang on to my stem and we can float down!" so the little rabbit and the daisy floated safely home and lived happily ever after.
THE FLOATING FLOWERThere once was a mighty small rabbit that always wanted to float. He would do any thing so he went to the king, which just so happend to be a owl . OH NO not the king ,the mouse replied frightened, I want to float he said to the owl king. Well you can if you go through the temple of doom. That'll be fine! And then he went through giant land where there were lots of flowers. One was the royal floating one mmmmmm . He found it and for once he flew .
Lucky BunnyOnce apon a time the was a bunny jumping on the earth with its lucky daisey and the bunny got bored. So he decided to go somewhere so he ruled the planets he could go any wherehe wanted to. He was a lucky bunny. And he didn't know the daisey was lucky. It had powers. It would lift any on in the air. So the daisey liffted the bunny rabbit into the air.
The First Bunny in SpaceOne day little bunny FOOOFOOO was walking home from a tea party with her friend the Easter Bunny. When he saw a weird smiling and talking flower with helicopter propellers as petals. He decided carelessly to pick the flower for his mom Suzy. When all of a sudden the flower leaps out of the ground and grabbed his ears with his leaves and sailed off into the sky. They sailed so high he passed Saturn. Then he let go and started floating around in the Milky Way. Then he climbed onto a passing star. He took out his bunny tool box and started to work with a crow bar, nails and hammers, grease, super glue, scissors and drills to make a motor for it. A little while later he flew to Mars and built a colony of flying bunnies. Then he flew home just in time for dinner.
The DreamerOnce upon a time there was a rabbit who always looked at the sky. He alway dreamed that one day he would travel to the stars. His dream came true one day as he was walking through his garden. A beautiful daisy queen began to talk to him about the wonderful sky and how much she loved the sun. The rabbit told her of his dream to travel to the stars. The daisy queen told him that she would be able to grant him his wish but only if she could go with him. So the daisy queen said, "Grab onto my stem and together we visit the sun, stars, and planets." And that's just what they did. When they were up in space they looked back and saw how beautiful the earth was and realized that there was no place like home.
The WishOnce there was a little bunny. He was kind to all the animals. One day a great big rabbit came and said for your kindness I will grant you one wish. The little bunny said I would like to see the world. The big rabbit said ok. Before the little bunny knew it he was flying on a daisy. He could see the whole world. The little bunny got his wish.
The Magic DaisyThere once was a bunny who wanted to fly! He wanted so badly he tried everything he could to fly, even big leaves under his arms, he would give anything to fly. One day he saw a droplet on a leaf of a Daisy and it was so beautiful that he scooped it up with a leaf right behind him. He thought it was a magic Daisy, so the next morning he had a dream that he was flying out of the universe and landed on a planet were there were flying bunnies, and as soon as he touched the ground he was growing wings! Then he woke up immediately and went outside and pulled the Daisy out of the ground and the next thing he knew he was in the air and flying toward the planet he saw in his dreams. When he landed on it he was starting to grow wings! Just like in his dream, " This is fabulous!! " he said when he landed. So the bunny lived happily ever after with the other bunnies. THE END! =)
