SPLASH! AS I DIVE IN,THE WATER RUMBLES IN MY EARS. THE BEAUTIFUL REEF SURROUNDS AN ARRAY OF DIFFERENT FISH. THE MAN ABOVE ME IS LOWERING DOWN, PROBABLY SEARCHING FOR CORAL. IN THE DISTANCE I SEE A CROWDED SUBMARINE,STARING OUT IN AWE. AS I LOWER MY FLASHLIGHT INTO THE CORAL JUNGLE, I NOTICE A DIRTY CHEST. THE GOLD SHINES A BRIGHT COLOR, AS I SIGNAL UP TO THE SHIP TO SEND DOWN ANOTHER DIVER.
The Two DiversOnce, back in the year 1954, in Baltimore, Maryland, there lived two divers, George and Bob. George and Bob were best friends. They were both divers, too. Well, one day, George and Bob were sitting around their house talking about what they should do, and Bob, all of a sudden, shouted, "Let's go to the Chesapeake Bay and look for treasure in the ocean!" "That's crazy, Bob! Let's go!" George exclaimed. So the two got their diving gear, got in their car, and left for the Chesapeake Bay. It was about an hour drive there, so they talked about what they think they might find, if anything. "Maybe, we'll find some gold coins, or diamonds, or, or....." stammered Bob. "Or deodorant!" Bob said. "Deodorant?"Bob started. "Why would someone put deodorant in a treasure box?" "Maybe because they like deodorant a lot," George said. "Of all the best friends in the world, this is what I get stuck with," Bob mumbled. When they finally got to the Chesapeake Bay, they were both very excited. They got out of the car, got into their diving suits, and into the water. What they saw was amazing! Giant clams, huge electric eels, (one of which George touched and got shocked) and seaweed that seemed to reach toward the sky. "Well let's hurry up and start looking," Bob said. They searched for hours and hours, but didn't find anything. Finally, just when they were getting ready to leave, George ran headfirst into an iron box. "This must be a treasure chest!" Bob exclaimed. "Yeah! This must be the one that's filled with deodorant!" George said. When they tried to open it, it opened very easily. "It's filled with.. with..!" Bob stammered. "Hair spray!" George shouted. "Oh wonderful, just wonderful. What are we suppose to do with all this hair spray?" Bob asked. ! "We'll never, ever have hair that smells bad again. This is even better than deodorant!" George exclaimed. So they went home with their chest full of hair spray and their hair never smelled bad again.
TREASURES
"And now for the most exciting news on tonight's news broadcast.
There's report of a treasure buried in the sea. If you get a chance you better go look at it!"
"Hey mom, do you still have that underwater scuba gear in the garage?"
"Yes, but I don't want you messing with it."
"OH, you can TRUST me."
NOOOTTT! I ran out to the garage and started digging around. After I found some other
interesting things I finally found the underwater gear. I bundled them up and put them in my bike's basket.
I wanted to get to the water as soon as possible but I'd have to wait until the morning.
When I woke up a grabbed a Pop-Tart and ran out the door. I told my mom I was going to the sea
(which was not unusual for me) and I hopped on my bike and I was OFFF! It only took me ten-fifteen minutes
to get there and there was already people that had heard last night's news that were diving right in.
I squeezed into the skin tight water gear and bought an oxygen tank. I strapped it on my back and
I jumped in. There was a stream of bubbles and many more people going to a certain direction.
What the heck, I thought, maybe they know where they're going. One by one the amateur divers
got picked off by fire coral, sharks, and giant squids. As I said earlier I go to the sea
all of the time and I knew how to stay out of the way off these predators. I saw a large cave-
like lump of sea debris and a few other people around. I looked in the small cave thing and
saw a treasure chest with shining gold inside of it. There was a submarine there but
it sank and there was another person there, but his equipment was so old that it made him sink.
I was the only one left. I took a small hand full of gold and put it in my suit's pocket.
The rest of the gold I left for the animals and the sea. They would appreciate it more than
anybody could. I knew that I could be the only person to get there again but I wiped the spot
from my memory. When I resurfaced I walked out of the sea and got out of my gear.
I gave the oxygen tank back to the owner and I got back on my bike.
I stopped at the museum. I anonymously left the gold on the counter of
the artifacts booth at the museum. Now people can learn about the gold.
But don't tell them that it was me that found it. I'm shy and I don't like TV cameras.
WHOOSH! Albert and I dropped into the big, blue sea. I was a bit nervous, after all, it was my first day
on the scuba diving job. Albert gave me a thumbs up sign and began swimming around.
I've always wanted to be a scuba diver, to be adventurous! To go in the sea, meet dangerous sharks,
seals, octopuses and find treasure! I was so excited. I was motionless.
Albert gave me a questioning look. I nodded at him and began swimming around.
Albert was my partner, he was great and he had a lot more experience.
I needed him. My mind always freezes and I can count on him to help me.
We swam for an hour, looking around. We had thirty more minutes of air left.
I looked around furiously. Suddenly, something glinted right under me! I saw a shiny gold coin.
Using light signals, I called Albert and he saw the coin. Widening his eyes, he dug at the sand and we found a trail of coins, leading to a treasure chest! It was under a big bush of seaweed.
Trying to lift the chest, Albert and I motioned to other divers, telling them to get our ship over.
The treasure chest was too heavy. We had fifteen more minutes of air. Albert was still trying to lift the chest
but I wanted to live, I began heading upwards. Maybe we could tell everyone to come and help us.
Suddenly, the treasure chest was lifted. I quickly helped Albert and we headed to our ship.
We got up breathless and nearly out of air. We gulped down clean, fresh, wonderful, air. Sighing with relief,
I watched Albert and some other guy open the chest.
To my suprise, inside the chest was a smaller chest. They opened that chest, inside was another smaller chest!
And another, and another, and another and another! All made with different materials.
Curiously, I crept closer.
After awhile, the last chest was opened. Inside was a green bottle with a plastic bag inside
that seemed to have a piece of paper inside. We saw the note, it said:
HAHAHA! Albert and Amy! Gotcha! ;)
We were scared out of our minds! Who could've done this! Nobody besides us knew we were scuba divers!
We just stood there astounded.
At last, Albert said,"It was a fabulous adventure!" he laughed and soon we were all laughing!
It was a great moment. We had so much fun!
I'll tell you Albert's and my secret, we never knew who wrote it. Never.
One day two people, named Henry and Anita, went under the sea to find a secret treasure. The rode in a submarine. While they were under water, they saw some gold shining! They went over there and found the gold. Then they were attacked by a squid. They were so scared and worried that they were going to run out of oxygen. They swam very fast to get to the submarine before the squid got them. They made it to the submarine and they were safe and sound. They still had the gold with them and they were very rich. They went back to land. Everybody was so astonished about the gold. Everybody wanted the gold very badly but they didn't get it. Henry and Anita bought a new mansion that had servants and dogs and they lived happily ever after. The End.
THE MYSTERY OF THE SECOND TITANIC IT HAS BEEN EXACTLY 75 YEARS SINCE THE SECOND TITANIC
LEFT THIS VERY PORT WERE YOU ARE NOW STANDING. SAID CAPTAIN JONES. HOW COME I'VE NEVER HEARD OF THIS SHIP? I
TOLD HIM. WELL SON, MY NAME IS GREG, CAPTAIN JONES, NOT
SON OR SONNY BOY, O.K. OHHH WHATEVER. WELL ,AS I WAS
SAYING, THEY BUILT THE SHIP WAY BEFORE YOU WERE BORN.

One day a man was swimming. He liked swimming so much he scuba dived in the ocean. He liked that so much that he did that for a business.
The TreasureJuli and Josh were best friends. They loved the ocean, so one day they decided to learn how to scuba dive.
Mendi and Misti were their friends who took scuba lessons. They decided that they would go with Mendi and Misti
on their next lesson.
So the next day, they all went to scuba diving lessons. Mendi, Misti, Juli, and Josh all had fun.
Soon, they could scuba dive just as good as their teacher.
One day, Juli and Josh went to the lake to scuba dive. They went real deep, and saw a submarine go by.
"Wow," said Josh. "We must have gone all the way out to sea!" And sure enough, that's what they had done.
"Oh no!" cried Juli. "What will we do?" Just then, they saw something gleam. "I'm scared," whispered Juli.
"Don't be afraid." Josh looked closer. "Hey, it's a treasure chest." "A-a-a what?" "A treasure chest.
You know, those trunks that are padlocked, packed full of treasure. I wonder ...."
Just then, the submarine went by and a fishing spear hurled at them. Juli screamed. Or tried to.
All she got was a mouthful of water. "What in the world .... they must want this treasure.
They were trying to scare us away. Let's get out of here," Josh said as he threw a rope around the chest.
"Right behind you," Juli said.
Soon the submarine passed by again. It threw a rope around Josh and Juli, and pulled them up.
"Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha!" a voice said. Juli shivered and tried to stay next to Josh.
What will happen to Juli and Josh? We'll have to find out next time.
They were looking for the Titatanic but found the treasure.
I think the divers are going to get the ancient treasure, from a pirate ship, and go home and live a rich life.
"This is a deep sea diver killing a blob or something."
Coral Place A large group of men had set off on a trip to find a lost treasure.
They had checked many seas, such as the Baltic, North, and Barents Sea.
Finally they had come across a place on no map.
They called in Hidden Island.
They began their search, but they were not alone. Everytime they went
out to search a group of millionaires that had followed them to the island,
would take their submarine and follow them.
One day two men were scuba diving in a place they called Coral Place,
when one of them spotted the treasure. "Look!" he exclamed. They would have
been rich, but unfortunately the millionaires began to drive their submarine
toward the treasure.
There once was diver who had all his life wanted to find some hidden treasure. So when he was 19 he decided it was time to set out and not return home until he had gotten his hidden treaure. On the way to the ocean he stopped by his friend's house, who had also always wanted to find some hidden treasure. So his friend and him set out to to find the treasure. When they got to the ocean they studied maps until they found a good place to hunt. They then rented all the tools and diving gear they would need. They also rented a boat. When they got to the exact spot the treasure was suppose to be at they put on their diving gear and dived in. They searched for 1/2 an hour before they found the first sign of hidden treasure. They kept looking until they found the big chest! But right as they found the treasure a submarine started coming towards them. They dropped the chest and swam for their lives! They later found out that the submarine was out looking for them because they had for gotten to tell their parents where they were going and their parents had sent out a rescue party!
StoryOne day a boy named Sean was watching a movie on TV about scubadivers. When his mom came in and said " Sean we are going scubadiving." Sean didn't like this one bit but there was nothing that could change his parents minds. In two weeks he was on a boat about to be seasick. The waves weren't that bad but something told him something would go wrong. But his perants were set on doing this. See his parents were feeling that they wern't geting enough out of life Sean thought it was just a faze but not so lucky. Anyway It was almost tim to drop into the undersea world when at the last moment his parents insisted that he too went diving!! In no time he too was ready to dive and was abought to drop when his dad said "STOP!!!" He had to go to the bathroom. So he got his suit off and went. when he got back they droped. And ever sence he has taken every chance he got. Because he loved the underwater world so much.
SnowOne day I was getting ready to play in the snow. Then my mom said "It is time." I was so excited. "The ice can't be broken yet, we have to wait till tomorrow, so go to bed early tonight," my mom said. At 5:30 am the next morning I awoke to my mom's voice saying it is definitely time to learn. I got dreesed, put on my shoes, and we left. We walked until we finally saw it. The submarine that was taking us. We got on board. About an hour later the captain said "The water is deep enough you can put your suits on now." We put on our suits and jumped out the door. My mom was finally taking me scuba diving to look for the treasure. You know what? We found it too! That night I slept in a bed covered with lace and pearls.
The Peachtree SurpriseOne day early in the moring Quincy woke-up and asked his mom if they could go on a boat ride. His mother said, "You have been ill. You just got over the chicken pox." Quincy was so sad he couldn't even go outside. So he went up in his room and started to read a book. He was reading Two Thousand Leagues Under the Sea. He fell a sleep. When he woke up he thought he was going to go on a boat ride, because his mother said,"Quincy you want to go on a boat ride?" He said yes. He was so happy he would be able to get out of the house. When they got in the boat he said where are we going mother? His mother said," we are going around the world." Quincy said, "Just like in my book?" His mother said yes. Quincy, his mother and his father stopped at a place where they could go and get a submarine. Quincy said "Are we going to go under water?" his father said yes.They got a submarine and some people to help drive it and keep it clean. While they were riding Quincy saw a diver and a person loking for a treasure chest. Quincy keep on dreaming. When he got to a scary part he woke up. He ran down stairs and said, "I don't ever want to go on a boat ride again.
