This is Doris Velez, the brains behind the plush fur at Me-Ki kids on Avenue A. You'll wish you had one of those magical wafers Alice had that shrunk her down so you could fit into the incredible mini (as in kid not skirt) fashions in this shop.
Although loyal to the E.V., Doris does dream of a posh uptown locale, where patrons part with money in a more compulsive fashion. Worth checking out for those of us past pre-puberty for fun astro-boy accessories and other glamorous bits.
